Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open syslog
2. Look in syslog
3. Find many, many, many, many of those messages

What is the expected behavior?
Not to have those messages.

What went wrong?
These messages should not be happening.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.29  Channel: beta
OS Version: Ubuntu 17.04

Tested this issue on Linux Ubuntu using #59.0.3071.29 as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. Unable to reproduce this issue.

@cyraid: Could you please provide more Repro steps and if possible please provide a screen cast of the issue for further triaging .

I can't really say I do much more than just open chrome, and it just puts those messages in. Using NVIDIA binary driver version 381.09 "nvidia-381". It's most likely from the repo "Graphics Drivers":

Tested this issue using Chrome version #59.0.3071.29 and Mesa driver version 11.2.0. Still unable to reproduce the issue.

Please find the Screenshot 

Looping MTV team for further triaging of this issue as we don't have "NVIDIA binary driver version 381.09 "nvidia-381" here with India team.

I'm having the same problem on Windows 7:
59.0.3071.36 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) (cohort: Beta)

When running selenium tests i get thousands messages like this:
[11412:11952:0510/190520.069:ERROR:render_widget_host_view_base.cc(141)] NOT IMPLEMENTED
