getting OH SNAP randomly

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
NA: random. Just went to YouTube for example, OH SNAP

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to any web page
2. it may SNAP or it may not.
3.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Started happening last week. Updated to latest stable, still happens. Browser is set up precisely the same as it has been for months. No changes.

did a reinstall, let's see if that fixes it. It only does it like 1x per day. So it's not a tidal wave disaster. But Chrome NEVER gives me a Snap page up til last week. I was so surprised as I forgot they even existed.

nope, totally random. haven't seen SNAP in months and months, maybe years. yesterday, all i did was go to YouTube and paste in a search term- pow!

As per comment #3, it seems that the issue happens randomly and is very inconsistent. Hence, closing this issue as wontFix.

Please feel free to raise a new issue if the issue is consistently reproduced.
