Can't revoke inherited certificate override in Incognito

Also reproduced on Android.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit expired.badssl.com
(2) Click through the error.
(3) Open expired.badssl.com in Incognito
(4) Click on Page Info and "Re-enable warnings".
(5) Refresh

What is the expected result?
The warning is restored.

What happens instead?
The override stays in place.

If you do all steps in Incognito, the correct behaviour takes place.
