White diagonal lines appearing in painted areas

Chrome Version       : 58.0.3029.96
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open URL
2. Look at animated area
3. Lines will be visible on affected devices

What is the expected result?
Sites with animation should animate as usual. In the demo codepen simple fading colors with no fancy effects.

What happens instead of that?
Random diagonal lines appear throughout the drawn area. See screenshot.

Pretty much happens on any codepen, as well as many other websites.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, 10(HI Dpi) using chrome version 58.0.3029.96 with the URL http://codepen.io/team/css-tricks/pen/ZGYZBx.
Not observed any random lines with animation.

 alystair@Could you please find the attached screen cast and confirm if anything missed here.
Request you once try the issue on new profile without any extensions/flags and update the thread if the issue still persists.
