Please downgrade driver on build168-m1 to Intel(R) HD Graphics P4600/P4700 10.18.14.4414

I was messing with this bot to try and figure out a particular crash in angle_perftest. It didn't see to be related to the driver version, so we should ensure all the bots are using the same version. Currently it's on 10.18.14.4578 from 01-04-2017. We could resolve to the new version but the minimal work is to roll back to the older version, see issue 680708.

build168-m1 is one of the Xeon with embedded Intel graphics cpu's that kbr nix'ed but I guess the perf team is still using.

Does it make sense to get them off these machines as well?

In the meantime I'll back rev. the driver.

Never mind my gibberish.  Just read the referring bug.

Anyway build168-m1 is set like the others.
