Do we have links to some of the suites that failed?

These are red suites on most of boards. Not sure which one is causing the build to go red.

Is this a transient issue? If so then this may not be a release blocker. I let Bernie to confirm 

Transient lab problems don't block release generally, as long as we can pass tests eventually, this does not mean they are not worthy of attention or merges for stabilizing fixes.

I agree. Since almost 90% of boards were affected, I thought to brought to lab/TPMs' attention.
