What is the expected behavior? One should see a prompt to run flash but I never see any sort of prompt. In order to get the site to load I have to However, in my experience, the browser never actually asks me to enable Flash content even when there is clearly Flash content on the website. So, I have to basically select the Always allow on this site option in order for Flash to work. What went wrong? No prompt to run flash. This has happened on other websites as well that are flash only based. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: 25.0.0.148

Looking at the demo page, When the user attempts to go to the diagram editor they are presented with an "Enable/ Download Flash" link. Click on that triggers the enablement UI, which works correctly. This is working as intended, as we want an explicit user action to trigger the enablement of Flash Player (i.e. sites triggering that UI would lead to a problematic user experience). |
