Regression: Unable to scroll PDF page using Up/Down arrow keys.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3088.3 49d525d4dafb21903d1cd21025174928a3fdde75-refs/branch-heads/3088@{#4} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS) URL: http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and click on page number input box. 2) Now click anywhere on the page, press Up/Down arrow keys and observe. Unable to scroll the page using Up/Down arrow keys. Should be able to scroll the page using Up/Down arrow keys. This is a Regression issue broken in M-60, will soon update other info Manual bisect: Good build: 59.0.3071.0 Bad build: 60.0.3072.0

The <input> field is stealing the Up/Down strokes so this looks like a duplicate of Issue 713051 . |
