Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any webpage. 2. Open Chrome Developer tools with vertical or auto layout settings. 3. Open Source Tab and try to debug any JavaScript. What is the expected behavior? Debugging icons in Chrome Developer tools should be visible. What went wrong? Debugging icons in Chrome Developer tools are not visible. Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 58.0.3029.96 with the below steps 1.Opened Dev tools on any webpage 2.Set the Layout settings to auto or veritical 3.Debug any Js file from source 4.Still able to see the Debugging icons without any issue. gibbok.coding@Could you please find the attached screen shot ans confirm if anything missed here. Try to add a break-point in your code in order to see the debugging icons. Notes: I think this issue is more related to video drivers.

Tested in chrome # 58.0.3029.96 and Canary #60.0.3029.94 on Win 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shot for your reference. @Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. 1. Bug was reported on Win 8.1 not Win 7. 2. Chrome Developer tools should be used with vertical layout, in screenshot I see usage with horizontal layout. 3. Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce any longer this issue after reinstall NVIDIA drivers from Device Manager in Windows 8.1.
