Unable to deselect “Include system data” in report an issue

Issue description

App Version:  59.0.3071.30 dev
iOS Version: 9.3.5 only
Device : iPhone5 only

Steps to reproduce:

1- Launch chrome 
2- Tap on Menu > Report an issue.
3- Tap on description.
4- Scroll the screen to full screen.
5- Tap on Include Screenshot.
6- Tap on Include System Data

Observed results:
Unable to deselect “Include system data”

Expected results:
“Include system data” should be deselected.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Safari : NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes in M58
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes in M59

Cannot reproduce in M58, I think this could be a FeedbackKit bug.
Hi Peter,

Have you already filed a bug against feedbackkit team or should we? WOuld confirming this assertion be just checking if feedbackkit in other gApps forces system log there too or is there some other way to verify?
