2] Parent Component (e.g. Blink, UI>Browser, etc...): _Internals>Core>ELF_

3] Description of Component: _Windows Early Loading Framework (ELF)_

4] Admin/ Owner: _Ummm, pennymac@?_

5] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the component
- Windows Security.
- I'm trying to set TEAM and COMPONENT in the owners file, but need a component.  Historically, chrome_elf tickets have been filed under Internals>Core.

This component normally gets triaged once a week (Fridays).

Created Internals>EarlyLoadingFramework (1).  Because ELF is referenced in the description that shorthand will work for auto-complete.
