Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3088.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. right click on an image 2. select Save Image As... 3. Nothing happens What is the expected behavior? A download window should appear to show where to save the file What went wrong? For some reason, the download file window is not showing up. No upload works either. Tried in incognito, delete cache, reset browser, download new version, disable all extensions. Same behavior. Did this work before? Yes last version I assume Chrome version: 60.0.3088.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.12.4 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.4 , Windows 7 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version-60.0.3088.0 and latest Canary-60.0.3089.0 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0. Observed download window & user able to save the images without any issue. Please find the attached screencast for reference & let us know if we miss any steps to reproduce the issue. Thanks..!!

I could not find the mentioned screencast. For some unknown reason it came back on its own. A flicker?? Strange in any case.
