Android Webview throwing "Javascript message: Mobility have no Data ... " even though chrome app works fine for same url

Issue descriptionExample URL: https://login.etadirect.com/atni1.test/m Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install any webview based application and not chrome example: maxathon 2. Navigate to https://login.etadirect.com/atni1.test/m 3. Credentials to log into site: Username - e9901196 Password - gtt12345 What is the expected behavior? Chrome App renders the page properly but Webview apps don't What went wrong? webview based apps show error in the logs as Javascript message (<API7): Mobility have no Data ... and the page throws "Network Instability detected. This seems like a Maxthon problem, a simple WebView shell e.g. https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/android_webview/tools/system_webview_shell/apk/src/org/chromium/webview_shell/WebViewBrowserActivity.java?rcl=7dfc58a73db333dc9b76adc2c6eb409b389a39bf&l=66 worked fine for me.
