What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure you have enabled Media Remoting during Cast Tab Mirroring from Chrome://flags
2. Open Viemo.com. Stream a video
3. Go to full screen

What is the expected result?
It is expected that video content bitstream plays on MI Android TV box when a video is fullscreened

What happens instead of that?
Video flickers for few seconds. Even goes blank once a while on chrome tab and entire tab is casted on MI Box instead of just the bitstream video.
