Double click on area in left high corner closes whole window.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open new window
2. click on area in left high corner ( see attached screenshoot)
3. window will closed

What is the expected behavior?
nothing

What went wrong?
app closes without any reason, i never chose to close window

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.96  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Mouse pointer often come to such point , just because it's screen margin, and double-click suddenly can close all window.

This is a standard Windows behavior and the expected result for each window-based software that's running. You may try the same with any open folder for example, when maximized, double clicking top left corner of the screen will close the window, when not maximized - top left corner of the window itself acts as the close trigger
