It is never the intent for clicking on the avatar to open up the MD settings change picture page. It should instead open up the multi-profile user selector. I do not see this issue reproduce on 59.0.3071.25 dev-channel link or 60.0.3084.0 canary-channel minnie. @mmanchala, I suspect you do not see the menu appear because there is only one registered user on your chromebook (this is WAI). In other words, if you go to the login screen, do you only see one user widget? If that is the case then please log in with a second user account at the login screen (by using the 'add user' button at the bottom) and see if this bug still reproduces.

@tdanderson : 1.My Issue is regarding to change profile picture of User by directly clicking on Profile Icon which is available near User name in Uber Tray instead of going to chrome://settings/changePicture page and changing picture 2. In Linux we can directly navigate to chrome://settings/manageProfile page to change profile picture and Profile name of User by clicking on Profile picture in Avatar icon. (Please refer Expected_Navigation video)

Changing the avatar is not a setting that we need to offer users quick access to. Marking as WontFix, though if there's a strong opinion that it would be an improvement we can re-open as a Pri-3 feature request. |
