What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Navigate to chrome://md-settings/networks?type=WiFi page
(2)Click on connected WiFi network such that network details page is seen.
(3)Now scroll down to click on Network option and Observe.(Please refer video)

Expected:Network details should be displayed in connected WiFi network details page of chrome://md-settings.
Actual: Instead, blank network section is seen.

This is regression issue as network details are displayed in 58.0.3029.89/9334.58.0 stable channel candy.

Note: Issue is also seen in Latest M60- 60.0.3086.0/9517.0.0 dev channel candy.
