Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3071.36 (Official Build)0a97305f0587704e901b20cc4060c997d6c4eaff-refs/branch-heads/3071@{#365}-32/64 bit OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1). Pre-condition: Ensure three Default search engine is present in chrome://settings/searchEngines Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/searchEngines 2. Zoom out to 80% and observe Actual: Unwanted scroll bar is seen for Default search engine at chrome://settings/searchEngines after zoom out to 80% Expected: Scroll bar should not be seen for Default search engine at chrome://settings/searchEngines after zoom out to 80% This is a regression issue broken in M-59, will soon update the bisect info Good Build: 59.0.3063.0 Bad Build: 59.0.3064.0

This is by design. Most users will not see this scroll bar, but it is necessary to ensure that the 2nd list of search engines is able to work properly. See Issue 689356 for details. |
