Location of sign-in window is different while connecting extend monitor via HDMI

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9460.13.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.28 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9460.13.0 (Official Build) dev-channel lars test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Plug-in HDMI with connecting monitor and extend screen to it
2. Close lid, wait 3 sec, open lid 
3. Press power key 1 sec to lock device

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Found location of sign-in window is more down than normal

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.28  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 9460.13.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0
