Add a reporter concept to the Tricium pipeline

Include a reporter field in the analyze RPC and propagate this information through the pipeline, from the frontend module to the tracker module. A predefined set of reporters should be configured in the pipeline to allow the tracker to propagate tracker requests to the appropriate reporter.
