A navigation during a Payment Request should be recorded as a user/other abort.

This issue was not happening on Android, since you need to close the Dialog to navigate away. 

On Desktop though, you can navigate away while the dialog is shown.

Depending on how the navigation was triggered, it will be recorded either as a User or Other abort.
