MD Settings: Some appearance page options missing.

Repro:
 - Open MD Settings
 - Look at the "appearance" section

Expected: No options should be missing
Actual: Themes, show home button options missing.

Hmm. Thought I tested all of these. I'll be sure to add a test to appearance_page_test.js also.
