Issue description

File for record.

Due to flaky compile, this try-job failed to find the culprit https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/tryserver.chromium.linux/chromeos_x86-generic_variable/33

The culprit was found the by heuristic though. https://findit-for-me.appspot.com/waterfall/failure?url=https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.chromiumos/ChromiumOS%20x86-generic%20Compile/35067
