Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Change channel from Dev to Beta at settings-> about chrome os -> detailed build info-> change channel.
(2) Click on check for updates.
(3) Try Click on "Relaunch and powerwash" button from settings-> about chrome os page.
 

Expected Result:
Should powerwash the device.

Actual Result:
No action after clicking on "Relaunch and powerwash" button from settings window.
