Disk free reporting is wrong

Alert says "Free disk space on / is below 5%" on build196-b4 but that is not correct:

Perhaps it was cleaned up by the time you got there? I imagine if this was a more widespread problem, we'd be hearing about it (although, to be fair, our handling of low disk space is problematic to begin with). Closing for now, we can reopen if we see it again.
