Right window size adjuster does not work after using Restore Down

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Maximize window 2.Restore Down window (button between minimize and close) 3.Hover mouse over right border to resize (resize cursor does not show up consistently) 4.Resize the window using another edge 5.Right resize cursor now shows consistently What is the expected behavior? Resize cursor should show consistently after restore down What went wrong? Right window size adjuster does not work immediately after using Restore Down Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Hi I updated and still have the problem. I recorded the behavior using Problem Step Recorder, you can view the .mht file demonstrating the issue (can open in IE)

Tested this issue using latest stable #58.0.3029.110 on Win 10. Unable to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in original comment. @aleksandrbert88: Could you please find the attached screen cast and let us know if I missed any steps for further triaging. Thanks!!!

Hi Sandeep, its the right edge resizer that doesn't work rather than the top-right corner resizer. If you retry your steps using the right edge rather than the corner you should see the problem. (ie use the right side, which should allow you to resize width only, rather than the top-right or bottom-right corner)

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome stable version #58.0.3029.110 and latest canary #61.0.3115.0.
