Print preview doesn't show emojis

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://www.emoji-cheat-sheet.com/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.emoji-cheat-sheet.com/
2. Hit (Ctrl+P) or File -> Print on the page and observe

What is the expected behavior?
Emojis should show in the print preview

What went wrong?
No emojis can be seen in the preview preview

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

I'm guessing PDFium doesn't support emoji yet.

Isn't the emoji just a PNG? Is this a SkPDF issue?
