Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 YaBrowser/17.3.1.873 (beta) Yowser/2.5 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/vuwsdjar/embedded/ Steps to reproduce the problem: Set huge image as cursor in CSS. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Cursor image is shrinked, hotpoint is auto-adjusted along with it. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 Tested in Chromium 58.0.3029.81

It looks like we have transposed width and height when making the cursor and then sized the cursor based on the height. On Windows it does the right thing, and we do not to my knowledge have any platform specific code for this in Blink. So passing to the Linux Desktop UI team to investigate.
