Looks like we have at least one request in the log requesting https://canvas.iu.edu/ that's failing with ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. There are two blocked requests for that URL, and given that error code, I assume they're blocked at an SSL interstitial.

The cert chain from the net-export log verifies successfully, so this isn't a case of ssl interception. Seems like the Certificate Authority trust settings on your system have been modified.

Restoring the Needs-Feedback from Comment #2. While the Chrome net-internals log helps determine the certificate, knowing what other browsers on the system are doing can help determine if it's the issue Matt mentioned in Comment #5. If we don't hear further feedback, I propose closing this in a week as WontFix/Archived.
