All V8 is red due to bot_update failure |

Issue descriptionSee https://build.chromium.org/p/client.v8/console E.g.: https://build.chromium.org/p/client.v8/builders/V8%20Linux%20-%20builder/builds/25023 The problem seems to be that bot_update doesn't emit a got_revision_cp property.

Fixed it o_O
Maybe the footers where invalidated by an empty Bug: footer?
This repro's it locally in a build checkout:
