Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open a sub directory in My Drive in the Files app.
(2) Open the same directory in the Google Drive web UI.
(3) Create a new folder (or make any change) in the Google Drive web UI.
(4) Observe the Files app for 1 minute.

Expected Result:
The change is reflected to the Files app view after a while.

Actual Result:
The change is not reflected until refreshing each view.

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
As a workaround, we can refresh view by these ways:
- open a new window (this refreshes all Files app windows)
- navigate to another directory and go back (to refresh file list)
- collapse and expand the directory or its parent (to refresh directory list)
