Why does this appear to be limited to Mac, while there is a "archive_webkit_tests_results" step on Linux and Win RandomOrder bots? (e.g. https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.fyi/WebKit%20Linux%20-%20RandomOrder/6364, https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.fyi/WebKit%20Linux%20-%20RandomOrder/6367)

Is LayoutTestResultsHandler (in https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/build/scripts/slave/recipe_modules/chromium_tests/steps.py?l=987) not being used on Mac for some reason?

I'm looking into this.

Actually, I don't see the archive_webkit_tests_results after webkit_layout_tests on the Win RandomOrder bot either:

But I did see archive_webkit_tests_results after webkit_layout_tests for every Linux RandomOrder build I've seen.
