biod should log the matching algorithm's version

Project Member Reported by norvez@chromium.org, May 2 2017

Issue description

The API describes a number of functions for that but we're not using them at the moment:
bio_algorithm_get_name()
bio_algorithm_get_version()
bio_algorithm_get_banner()
And maybe others.

biod should log those values on startup for forensics.

This is already implemented here:https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/platform2/+/master/biod/fpc_biometrics_manager.cc#177

Anything to add?

Marking as Won't fix.

Hmm, that's the sensor afaict, not the algo software version. I don't think we're calling/logging bio_algorithm_get_name() and friends. Re-opening the ticket, it doesn't look obsolete to me.
