Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Google Chrome in multiple devices iPhone, iPad 
2. Tap on tab switcher icon
3. Enter tab switcher mode
4. Close all open tabs
5. When no tabs are open  

Observed results: 
When all the Open Tabs are closed,  If Tab Name is long, it overlaps with other Tab names

Expected results: 
When all the Open Tabs are closed,  If Tab Name is long, it should not overlap with other Tab names
