Security: Lock icon should not be green on a mixed content page (iOS)

REPRODUCTION CASE
1. Visit https://www.artio.net
2. Observe the lock icon.

I tested with 59.0.3071.27 (Beta) on iOS.
(Actually, I'm not sure about this bug, but I just want to check)

It may be that the mobile version of the site does not have a mixed display content problem, or to iOS clients, perhaps.

We test using https://mixed.badssl.com, where I get the correct iconography on iOS.

Assigning to lgarron to verify/triage/fix, or to verify that there's no bug.

I'm getting proper mixed content UI in Chrome Dev (60).

Please reopen if you can observe this using mixed.badssl.com
