What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open an .mp4 hosted on Drive in Files app
(2) Click the Cast icon and select a Cast device (in this case, a Chromecast version 1)

What is the expected result?

Locally, video shows what Cast device was selected
Media begins playing on Cast device

What happens instead?

1. Local video freezes
2. "Casting on" image is rendered underneath current video frame
3. Blue spinner appears on Cast device, eventually turns into orange ! triangle
4. No media plays on Cast device
