Issue description

Chrome Version       : 57
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:No
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue: it is on Acer Chromebox
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
I am not sure if this is related to this error message but the audio become choppy sometimes but it doesn't seems to be buffering though.

What happens instead?

possible.
I am reporting this because on the device log, it says 

"NOTREACHED()	ui.20170501-085907 (2) ui.20170418-124346 (384)
This always constitutes a coding error. Please report a bug!"

In bug report seen audio and buffering related terms,hence assumed might be media related.
Please feel free to remove if not correct component.

add chrome OS as this bug seems happen on chromebox as per description.
