Remove unusable mapping for "Xbox 360 Wireless Controller" (Play & Charge Kit)

Project Member Reported by mattreynolds@chromium.org, May 1 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.133 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Linux

Controller: https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Wireless-Controller-Windows-Console/dp/B004QRKWKQ
Play & Charge cable: https://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Black-Play-Charge-Kit/dp/B000OYMYZQ

When a 360 wireless controller is connected with the charging cable from the Play & Charge kit, it shows up to the host system as a device "Microsoft Corp. Xbox360 Wireless Controller" with VID 045e, PID 028f. However, the wireless controller only uses the "Play & Charge" cable for power and does not expose any gamepad data over USB. Users still need the Xbox Wireless Receiver to use these wireless gamepads in Chrome.

We should remove the unusable/useless mappings for the Play & Charge cable.
