Issue description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Enable ChromeVox
(2)Select one row in the detailed view in system menu. eg, Enable 'High contrast mode' in a11y
What is the expected result?
Spoken feedback for this action, eg, {Enabled high contrast mode}
What happens instead?
None spoken feedback for this action.

Let's fix this in M63 please. lpalmaro@ are there other areas where user can enable spoken feedback and it doesn't react with open items?

When you check/uncheck a checkbox, I don't think Chromevox usually tells you that you've completed the action in that way. Do we want to add a special announcement just on the settings pages? Right now it says: Use high contrast mode / toggle button / not pressed And then if you use search+space to press it, it says: Use high contrast mode / toggle button / pressed That seems like enough to me -- the user knows that the button state changed after the action, which implies that the feature is now on. @manucornet, what do you think? |
