Add {Button} spoken feedback for Date info are in the system tray

1.Enable the ChromeVox(spoken feedback) in A11y detailed view.
2.Touch or <TAB> to the date area in system tray default view.

What is the expected result?
{Button} at the end of the spoken feedback.
Ex. 10:19 AM, Monday, May 1, 2017 Time Button

What happens instead?
No {Button} in the spoken feedback of this item.
Ex. 10:19 AM, Monday, May 1, 2017 Time
