(There's a LOT of room for UX around the filmstrip and metrics, but we can start simple and improve from there)

Basics:
* Filmstrip prints a whole number of screenshots, on true time axis (a la TimelineOverview)
* Metrics bar chart matches same time scale
* Metrics bar is colored based on the computed score for that audit.
* Metrics involved (5): First Contentful Paint, First Meaningful Paint, Perceptual Speed Index, First Interactive, Consistently Interactive.
