I can't reproduce the issues in ChromeOS M58 beta, so these issues may be caused by factors unique to the user environment. Can you contact G Suite support to initially investigate them from Gmail and Hangouts perspective? Root cause could be in Chrome, but I believe it is the best path forward for earliest solution. These information would help support understand the scope of issues: - Does the issue occur with multiple users/devices? - Does it occur with ChromeOS Stable latest version? (57.0.2987.xxx) - Does it persist after clearing cache and Cookies? - Does it occur in other networks?

This issue sounds similar to an issue which was just fixed for M59: crbug.com/705295.

- Does the issue occur with multiple users/devices? yes - Does it occur with ChromeOS Stable latest version? (57.0.2987.xxx) yes - Does it persist after clearing cache and Cookies? yes - Does it occur in other networks? yes It may be the same issue, but I didn't see this when searching and following that link leads me to Access denied - "Reason: User is not allowed to view this issue" Sorry if it's a dupe.

dlimor@ - Beta channel has recently been updated to M59 which I believe should resolve the issue you are seeing. Could you retest and advise if this is still an issue on this version? Thanks!
