Linux Intel GPU Bot flakily failing sizes texture test with out of memory (WebGL 2) |

Issue descriptionThe log is a bit hard to parse but I see this: [1:15:0501/021446.444068:FATAL:memory_linux.cc(35)] Out of memory. This test is failing flakily, probably the test is making a lot of large textures, and some component on Chrome is running out of resources. Unlikely to be in ANGLE since it happens on both the ANGLE and non-ANGLE versions. Adding V8 label speculatively. Though a suppression landed for this I'm taking the liberty of closing this as WontFix since I don't think we'll ever look into this. Please reopen if you see these tests still failing even after the flaky suppression (and associated browser restarts).
