Login screen for singing into chrome account stopped working

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/58.0.3029.81 Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install fresh chrome (chromium or google chrome) or remove your profile files. 2. Start chrome and try singing into your chrome account What is the expected behavior? You should be able to login with correct credential, no error message What went wrong? On Windows after entering credentials, you get a message "Oops, service unavailable" On Linux, the login pop-up never load content Did this work before? Yes Last month or so Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:

Tested in chrome # 58.0.3029.81 and Canary #60.0.3087.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference. @Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
