google chrome transparent shit window

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Windows...
2. Open CHROME!
3. Got shit transparent window!

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Please make window white, window at chrome start - transparent and this is shit!

Google chrome at start create transparent window! Need fix it and replace transparent color to white color.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-7 and Win-10 using chrome reported version #58.0.3029.81 and latest canary #60.0.3086.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Opened chrome browser.
2. Observed that the browser rendered properly without any issues.

zoruamonster@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #60.0.3086.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.

1. Open google chrome browser
2. Try to check browser transparent window
3. Yes. Google chrome create transparent window at start.


Need fix it, this is very bad! Please replace very bad transparent window to simple white window!

Tested in chrome # 58.0.3029.81,Stable #58.0.3029.96 and Canary #60.0.3091.0 on win 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference.

@Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once in latest stable / canary and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
