Reported by swans...@gmail.com, Apr 30 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 58.0.3029.81
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. streaming on amazon prime when using the above flag
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
streaming the bitstream to chromecast

What happens instead of that?
unreliable, chromecast icon will appear in place of video for a few seconds (if at all) as described in the media remoting flag, then the video will reappear in the chrome tab as is the case normally with mirroring. The video stutters and has issues.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Encrypted (EME) video is not supported - so I'm surprised that remoting was attempted at all.

Yes, media remoting should not be triggered when video is encrypted. The reported issue might be caused by bugs during the early developing.

Marked this as obsolete.
