Not able to enable web view

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Status: Duplicate (was: Unconfirmed)
Starting with Android N the Chrome application provides the functionality of the system WebView. If you need to get the new version of the WebView, please update Chrome.

The disable status of Android System WebView is now the intended behavior.
