Google Cloud Printing fails for previewed Drive files

Issue description
Chrome Version : 59.0.3071.25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit drive.google.com
2. Search for a PDF file there
3. Double-click on it to 'preview' it
4. Click on the print icon (or Ctrl+P) to print
What is the expected result?
The usual GCP printing dialogue page appears
What happens instead of that?
A randomly-named* PDF fie is downloaded that contains the contents of the original PDF.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

The default printer is not 'save to PDF' and Other printing attempts work fine - eg from a Google Doc. This is a Dev 59 on Link issue and Beta 58 on Samus works as expected.

Is this still an issue? What happens if you try in Chrome if you try to open any random PDF on the Internet?
