What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the "Give us feedback" link at the bottom of the page.
2. You are redirected to a google groups page for devtools.chrome.com and it's specifically "is not the right forum for questions about extension APIs"
3. 

What is the expected result?
As a user I would expect clicking a link with a description of "Give us feedback! Your comments and suggestions help us improve the APIs." would take me to a page where I can ask questions or feedback about the API.

What happens instead of that?
I am taken to a page the tells me "This is not the right forum for questions about extension APIs"
