Mouse back button backs two pages

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Navigate to create a history of at least two pages
2. Click the back button on the mouse
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Back one page in history.

What went wrong?
Chromium went back two pages.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98  Channel: n/a
OS Version: Debian Testing
Flash Version: n/a

I've found some simillar archival reports but nothing bot fix. This is happening 100% times

This works fine for me on the latest stable(60.0.3112.90) on Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Not sure but probably OS Debian Testing specific issue.

Don't have the same OS available to test and confirm this. Looping MTV team to check once from their end as well.
